SPONSORSHIPS: 

MAIN STAGE SPONSOR (2 days-1 available): $2500.00

1-YOUR name as presenting sponsor of event

2-LOGO inclusion in any printed materials and all FLYERS

3-Ability to have product in outside showcase area, if desired

4-Ability to have a vendor space, inside or outside the event

5-LOGO link at bottom of all pages of website

6-Main stage LOGO signage

7-Social media blasts

8-Ten (10) tickets to the event for your use

AUX STAGE SPONSOR (2 days-4 available): $1000.00

1-Ability to have a vendor space, inside or outside the event

5-Four (4) tickets to the event for your use

LOCAL BUSINESS SPECIAL SPONSOR: $100.00

1-Your name and link on the TOURISM page w/ your special

2-One (1) ticket to the event

3-Social media post

4-On-site distribution of your special offers you provide for every guest at registration when they check in, offered to festival attendees, good the weekend of the festival when they show their badge or wristband

VENDORS:

OUTSIDE, general vendor: in free admission area (ONLY 20 spaces available, Includes $50.00 village vendor fee which we pay) $250.00

INSIDE, general vendor: (only 10 spaces available, includes $50.00 village vendor fee which we pay) $300.00

*OUTSIDE, specialty food vendor: in free admission area (ONLY 3 spaces available, Includes $50.00 village vendor fee which we pay) $350.00

*Specialty food vendors are those like cotton candy, ice cream, sweet treats, pretzels, etc. NO main meal food as it is being provided by the venue in 2026, this is things like burgers, pizza, etc
